All of the data transformation designers have a means to request support directly within the product, and this is the easiest and fastest way to get help, as this automatically opens a support ticket. You can get to this using the Help menu. You will also see a "Request Support" (or "Report as Bug") button in some cases, depending on what you are doing. Please don't be shy about using these, we love to hear from you. Be sure and specify your email address so that we can get back to you.
